Presentation Guidelines

The whole presentation will be conducted virtually, so presentation slides will be collected from authors before the program via a form.

Oral Presentation

  • Duration: 15 minutes (12 min talk + 3 min Q&A)
  • Format: PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) or PDF
  • Aspect Ratio: 16:9
  • Slides will be submitted through the presentation collection form before the program

Poster Presentation

  • Size: A0 (841 x 1189 mm)
  • Orientation: Portrait
  • Content: Visual-heavy, concise text
  • Setup: 30 mins before session
Note: Best Paper Awards will be selected from both oral and poster sessions based on technical merit and presentation quality.
