Submission Guidelines
Paper Templates
Download the official SPECTRA 2026 paper template in your preferred format:
1. Paper Format
Papers must be written in English and follow the standard two-column conference format.
- Maximum 1 page (extra pages are not allowed).
- PDF format only.
- No page numbers.
- Use the official SPECTRA 2026 template provided below.
2. Abstract Requirements
Your abstract must be maximum 250 words and must fit within one page.
Must include:
- Purpose / objective
- Method / approach
- Key results / findings
- Conclusion / significance
Do NOT include:
- Figures, tables, bullet points, or images
- Citations, references, or footnotes
- Web links or external resources
Use clear and concise academic English. Follow scientific units and notation standards.
3. Keywords
Include a maximum of 4 keywords with comma-separated values.
4. Blind Review Policy
SPECTRA 2026 follows a double-blind review process. Authors must remove names and affiliations from the initial submission.
5. Plagiarism
All submissions will be checked for plagiarism. Papers with significant overlap will be rejected without review.
6. Submission Platform
All papers must be submitted through the SPECTRA 2026 submission portal.

NB: Dashboard submissions allow you to track your paper's review status in real-time. Google Form submissions cannot be tracked online—results will be sent directly via email/SMS.
