2. Conference Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • All participants must register through the official conference website
  • Registration information must be accurate and complete
  • Each participant must use their own email address
  • Registration fees must be paid by the specified deadline

2.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made before April 1, 2026: 80% refund
  • Cancellations made between April 1-15, 2026: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made after April 15, 2026: No refund
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing
  • Conference organizers reserve the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances

3. Paper Submission and Publication

3.1 Submission Guidelines

By submitting a paper, you agree that:

  • The work is original and has not been published elsewhere
  • All authors have approved the submission
  • The work does not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights
  • You have obtained necessary permissions for any third-party materials
  • The submission complies with academic ethics standards

3.2 Copyright and Publication Rights

  • Accepted papers will be presented at the symposium
  • Authors retain full copyright of their work
  • Conference organizers may use papers for conference proceedings and promotional purposes

3.3 Plagiarism and Research Integrity

All submissions will be checked for plagiarism. Papers found to contain plagiarism, fabricated data, or other forms of research misconduct will be rejected immediately. Authors may face sanctions including ban from future conference events.

4. Presentation Requirements

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference
  • Registered authors must present their paper at the scheduled time
  • Failure to present may result in exclusion from conference materials
  • Presentation format must follow conference guidelines
  • Authors are responsible for their own equipment and materials

5. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

  • Treat all attendees with respect and professionalism
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
  • Follow all venue rules and regulations

  • Comply with professional conduct standards

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the conference without refund and potential ban from future conference events.
