All presentations at SPECTRA 2026 will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Authors may present using slides or posters.

The entire symposium is conducted online via Zoom. Presentation slides and posters will be collected from authors before the program through a dedicated submission form.

Slide Presentation
- Format: PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) or PDF
- Recommended aspect ratio: 16:9
- Duration: 5 minutes presentation
- Followed by 2 minutes Q&A
- Submit slides via collection form before the event
Poster Presentation
- Format: PDF (digital poster)
- Recommended size: A0 portrait layout
- Content: Visual-heavy with concise text
- Duration: 5 minutes poster walkthrough
- Followed by 2 minutes Q&A

Join the Virtual Session
Connect via the Zoom meeting link shared for your assigned technical session on the scheduled date.
Present Your Work
Deliver your 5-minute presentation — either slide-based or poster walkthrough — to the session panel.
Q&A Discussion
Engage in a 2-minute Q&A with session chairs and attendees right after your presentation.
Best Paper Awards will be selected from both slide and poster sessions based on technical merit and presentation quality.
